After-Care Options
Cremation services are offered through Best Friends Forever, a small, family-owned crematorium based out of Sparta, MO. Communal or private cremation options are available with traditional cremation processes being used. Communal ashes are spread at a private, dedicated pet garden. Private ashes are returned in a cedar urn engraved with the pet’s name. Being a smaller facility, they are not open to the public and only work directly with veterinarians. The owner’s work in the veterinary field as well so they are very attuned to the sensitive nature of taking excellent care of our patients after they have passed. Tara and Dr. Maggie have both entrusted their beloved pets to their care.
